Film: the Ancient Science of Breath and Meditation.

Paramahamsa Prajnananda is a direct disciple and the successor of Paramahamsa Hariharananda, a great Kriya Yoga master who attained the breathless, pulseless state of nirvikalpa samadhi.

Paramahamsa Prajnananda teaches only one lession: the lesson of love. Through every action, every breath, he urges us to realise that we are all divine. We learn that it is possible to achieve that blissful state of divine contentment through basic self-discipline and the practice of simple yogic principles.

In this video, Prajnanandaji gives a rare discourse on the ancient science of Kriya Yoga. He interweaves a mixture of humour, talkes of ancient rishis and cystal clear insight. We are left with a profound undestanding of our true nature and how Kriya Yoga can awaken us to our own divinity.

This is the last informational evening before the annual Initiation Program.
