Her Business Pukekohe network in partnership with Counties Racing Club welcomes you to the launch of Her Business Pukekohe monthly evening event; with Beatrice Faumuina, sporting legend!

Topic: Redefining the Pasifika Leadership Journey.

As well as being one of New Zealand’s most experienced and successful athletes Beatrice Faumuina is the CEO of Best Pasifika Leadership Academy and Charitable Foundation, was a Patron for NZ Police in 2002 and, in 2005 and was awarded Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to Athletics.

BEST Pacific Institute of Education is New Zealand’s largest Pasifika-focused Private Training Establishment with a vision to lift Pasifika incomes and living standards by increasing the number of Pasifika people starting and leading New Zealand businesses and organisations.

“The cliché of 'making a difference' as a Pacific person no longer suffices as a purpose for working and leading. We must know what kind of world, what kind of nation we want. This leadership programme will provide a breakthrough for Pasifika leaders who want to identify and enact the next steps in their leadership journey.”

The agenda is as follows:

- 5.30 - 6pm: Registrations, informal networking mix 'n' mingle - wine and nibbles are provided;
- 5.45pm: Registrations close;
- 6 - 6.15pm: Welcome from Her Business and opening speaker;
- 6.15 - 6.50pm: Introduction to the keynote speaker;
- 6.50 - 7pm: Questions and close of the meeting.

You have two payment options available: credit card or via online banking. Prepayment is required before all Her Business events.

Only once the payment has been received, your registration will be confirmed. We are unable to issue a refund if under 3 business days before the event. You would need to advise us in writing, 3 business days prior to the event if you wish to cancel your registration and receive a refund, if paid. After this, we would have committed to catering plus other expenses. No transfers to the next meeting. Substitutes allowed. See our terms and conditions.

Registrations will close two days prior to the event with payment required, on the last day of registrations, or until sold out.

There is always the question, should I give Her Business Networking a go? Is this the right time? Well, that’s something that of course you’ll decide for yourself, but we believe that whether the economic climate is good, bad or ugly, you can never have too many business contacts.
