  • Free Admission

The talk will focus on a current approach, the Lightning Process, that retrains people out of the condition rather than managing it.

New brain science suggests some approaches to physical conditions such as chronic pain & chronic fatigue are off track with lifestyle compromises and management techniques. A retraining approach of the brain and the body's responses is now getting great success.

The 1 hour talk will focus on the Lightning Process and its approach to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (and related conditions such as Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and Fibromyalgia) and cover topics such as the role brain function and neural plasticity play in recovery, de-sensitisation, the significance of the physical stress response and who this approach is best suited to.

Ian Cleary is one of the few Advanced Lightning Process practitioners in the world specialising in ME/CFS and has been assisting people in New Zealand since 2008. This will be his first time speaking in Christchurch. He is a passionate advocate of educating and empowering people to take charge of their health and speaks with equal passion.

The free 1-hour talk is suitable for both healthcare practitioners and sufferers of these conditions.

The talk begins at 6pm and space is limited so bookings are essential.

To book a place please contact Ian Cleary online at www.iancleary.com
