Pilates is a fantastic way to tone up. Consisting of standing and floor exercises and stretches it helps build long, lean muscle tone and improve posture and joint mobility.

Our membership:
Unlimited Pilates and basic Zumba classes (excludes Zumba Toning and Stott Pilates).
$50 per month, minimum 6 months.
