Being human is quite challenging at times and more often than not we do not understand why certain things are happening to us or why we feel a certain way.

This workshop, run by a registered psychologist and alternative therapist with over 15 years of experience, helps people learn the skills to understand and find themselves, explains the process by which we can become lost and provides tools to re-assert the self and define clear personality structures that permit optimal functioning for the individual.

It is a great course for anyone facing mental health issues, suffering with depression, or anxiety and is appropriate for young people. It examines why we end with certain problems and provides ways to get on top of those problems, and how to find and maintain inner peace and happiness.

You can either attend this as a half day course on Saturday 10th December OR as 2 evening classes on the 12th and 19th December, the price is the same for both.

Please indicate when you book whether you wish to attend the half day course OR to 2 evening classes.

Luxury B&B accommodation or apartments also available for overnight stays.
