Come learn the beautiful, acrobatic art of pole dance fitness! Pole fitness is an entirely unique dance experience that combines stunning spins, holds, poses, and breathtaking aerial tricks with cool and sexy dance moves taken from ballet, salsa, hip-hop, jazz, gymnastics, and exotic dance. It's a fantastic way to build great upper body and core strength, increase your overall fitness, and improve body confidence. Most importantly pole dance is really great fun!

At Polaris Pole Dance we teach pole dance and fitness lessons to suit girls and guys of all shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels. You'll learn at our dedicated dance studio, where we provide a friendly, positive, and student-focused environment. We provide an encouraging and enthusiastic atmosphere, and let you progress at your own pace. You won’t need any dance experience, as we’ll teach you all the basics and take it from there!
