Classes:
Introduction to Pilates class: Tuesday 30th August & Thursday 1st September (free for first 8 people to sign up!) Pilates classes: Tuesday and Thursday at 9am.

Class:
- Learn the principles of pilates;
- Practice pilates exercises;
- Ideal of beginners or for those who havent been taught the principles of pilates.
