Learn how to: meditate; quiet a busy or anxious mind; trust your intuition; understand and use the power of intention and heal yourself.

This course is open to men and women with hints and tips on how to integrate time for you and your spiritual growth into your everyday life.

Practical Peace:
Gain faith in yourself, access your true feelings and emotions, start getting inspirational ideas and experience tremendous healing in your life.

We can all access divine guidance in our lives. It is simple using the tools taught in this course.

Accessing this guidance is like having a full time mentor/life coach - the only difference is that this coach has universal consciousness and divine wisdom, and they are always there. Almost without realising you will change as you begin to experience a gentler unfolding and healing of your karma and a blessed release from old burdens.

Meditation is the keystone to the skills taught. You will also learn how to consciously initiate receiving divine guidance and healing.

Reboot:
Meditation provides the key to reawakening your connection with your true self. It creates the space for you to receive peace, inspiration and healing. You will learn to work miracles in your own life!

What you can expect to learn:

- how to meditate
- how to initiate and access your own divine guidance system
- how to complete a self-guided visualisation
- how to initiate healing
