Those Mammoth Men of Mosh return once again to deliver an electrifying set of awesomeness for your auditory canal.

Elephant of the Ocean describe there sound as “Dumb-math”. An onslaught of technical rhythms, heavy groove, live sampling and gutteral screaming. Reminiscent of Isis and Dillinger Escape Plan they can be both pleasingly melodious, yet unpredictably heavy and dischordant.

This Wellington based band started out in the suburban valleys in late 2008, bringing together former members of such great Wellington bands as Fat Manniquin, Damn Image, and Worn Villain. Each sharing a passion for all that is heavy and surreal in the metal world It didn't take long for the four friends to realise that their music was worthy of taking to the stage, and they have quickly developed a dedicated fan base of metallers and math enthusiasts alike.

Since their debut show in July 2009, they've proven to be one of the most intense live hardcore bands New Zealand has known. An absolute must-see for all!

Joined by The Heathen Collective, Polter and DJ Psyrok this will be one crazy night and there will be cheap jugs of beer for ya'll!

Entry is $10 on the door, or if you buy in advance from Slow Boat Records on Cuba Street or any of the bands, that same $10 will also get you a free jug of beer when you arrive before 9.30pm or a friend in free! How mint is that?!

Advance tickets have almost sold out with only 15 remaining tickets available from Slow Boat Records. Get in quick!
