Do you have concerns about your child’s eating habits and not getting the best nutrition for growth and development? Perhaps your child won’t eat meals, avoids certain food groups such as vegetables, has limited food repertoire, has difficulty eating or reacts to certain foods…. Element's nutritionist and NLP practitioner will discuss the various causes of picky eating – both physical and behavioural and what you can do to have your child reach their full potential. The workshop will be interactive and tailored to the needs of the group. We suggest you attend the workshop “Eat your greens they are good for you” on 5th August to get the most out of this course (not essential).

Presenter: Sheena Hendon
Sheena is a UK-trained dietitian, a nutritionist, NLP practitioner and the owner of Elemental - a Remuera natural health centre specialising in family health. She has worked for many years in the area of child health – in both private practice and through community speaking engagements and draws upon her experience and skills to assist children (and adults) to reach their full physical and mental health and potential. Sheena is passionate about natural medicine, yet believes both orthodox and complementary medicine have a part to play in the wellbeing of her clients, recognising neither has all the answers to peoples' health issues.
