In an era where child obesity is at an all time high, allergies are rampant and there is a proven strong link between behaviour, learning and diet. Elementa's nutritionist, Sheena Hendon and Naturopath, Annaliese Jones will show you how to: :
Provide your child with the best nutrition for growth, energy, vitality, brain power, boosting immunity, behaviour and development; prepare healthy meals and snacks for your child; managing picky eaters and find out whether your child has any allergies and intolerances, and what to do if they have.
The workshop will be interactive and tailored to the needs of each group.

Presenters: Sheena Hendon & Annaliese Jones
Sheena is a UK-trained dietitian, a nutritionist, NLP practitioner and the owner of Elementa - a Remuera natural health centre specialising in family health. She has worked for many years in the area of child health – in both private practice and through community speaking engagements and draws upon her experience and skills to assist children (and adults) to reach their full physical and mental health and potential. Sheena is passionate about natural medicine, yet believes both orthodox and complementary medicine have a part to play in the wellbeing of her clients, recognising neither has all the answers to peoples' health issues.

Annaliese, ND, BHSc, has extensive experience in the field of natural health. With her broad knowledge in nutrition, naturopathy and herbal paediatrics she is a busy practitioner at the Elementa natural health centre in Remuera, Auckland. She works in many areas including, baby and child health, allergies and intolerances, women’s hormonal health, weight management and digestive disorders. Warm and friendly, her passion for health comes through in her seminars and consultations to leave people feeling excited and inspired.
